\u201cWhile I’m not yet ready to say I’m a non smoker, I will say proudly that I’m well on my way thanks to Carol. I have been a pack a day smoker for 47 years. I have seen Carol for 6 sessions and the hypnosis in and of itself I found wonderful, awakening memories, connections, and increasing my awareness regarding why I smoke. Anyway, I’m currently down to about 7 cigs a day. Now you may say well what the hell just stop, but I’m not yet willing to give up smoking entirely. It is much harder to do it this way, but true to my nature I don\u2019t usually do things the easy way. I have made great progress by cutting down and I have received a lot of positive reinforcement from friends that I look better, which always helps. When I am ready to quit smoking completely I will be going back for a couple of sessions, and I know that I will succeed.

She went so far as to make me hypnosis cd\u2019s that I continue to use. I would, and do, recommend this experience with Carol to everyone whatever you may want help with. A personal note from Carol:<\/h2>\n

I was at my dentist office recently to have a cavity filled. The appointment was a short one, only 45 minutes were scheduled, and the cavity was small. I thought about getting a shot of novocaine and feeling soreness the rest of the day as the anesthetic wore off. Then the thought occurred to me \u201chey, I practice and promote hypnosis so maybe I\u2019ll try this without novocaine and see how it goes.\u201d I asked my dentist if he was up for trying it, and he was enthusiastic and ready to try. So I focused on my breathing, closed my eyes, and went into a relaxed state of hypnosis. I thought about what I needed to focus on for the procedure to be successful. I focused on how quick the procedure would be, and told myself that if I felt anything it would be a twinge that would be quick and fleeting. I also kept my focus on my breath and staying calm. In less than one minute I was in trance and I let my dentist know he could begin. The whole procedure took 15-20 minutes. I did feel a few twinges but they didn\u2019t feel like pain, just twinges.
