I would like to suggest some book titles if you have an interest in this subject:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bessel Van der Kolk, M.D., <em>The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind and Body in the Healing of Trauma<\/em> (New York: Penguin Books, 2014)<\/li>\n<li>Caroline Myss, Ph.D,\u00a0\u00a0<em>The Creation of Health: The Emotional, Psychological, and Spiritual Responses That Promote Health and Healing\u00a0<\/em>(USA, Three Rivers Press, 1988, 1993)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Jon Kabat-Zinn, <em>Full Catastrophe Living (Revised Ed): Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain and Illness<\/em> (USA, Bantam Books, 2013)<\/li>\n<li>Gabor Mate, MD, <em>When the Body Says No: Understanding the Stress-Disease Connection<\/em> (New Jersey: John Wiley and Sons, Inc., 2003)<\/li>\n<li>Bill Moyers, Healing and the Mind (New York: Bantam Doubleday Publishing Group, Inc., 1993)<\/li>\n<li>Bruce H. Lipton, <em>The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter &amp; Miracles<\/em> 16th ed.
